Workout Program Bundle
Full access to all three workout programs. All plans have been built to help you build strength and stamina. These programs were designed to repeat the exercises for two consecutive weeks (6 plans total to be done in a 12 week period). Every other week you will receive new programs to complete. These plans have you finishing three workouts a week for two consecutive weeks before proceeding to the next set of programmed workouts. Each exercise is also available in video format to help with form and ease of learning new exercises. Get ready to challenge yourself!
