12 Week Dumbbell & Body Weight Program
Full program to help you build strength and stamina, using only dumbbells and body weight.
This program was designed for you to repeat the exercises for two consecutive weeks (6 plans total. Done in a 12 week period). Every other week you will receive new programs to complete. You will be expected to finish 3 workouts a week for two consecutive weeks before proceeding to the next set of programmed workouts.
